Is that how to fight corruption?
Jonathan pardoned James Ibori, a man who stole
billions of naira and left the Delta state coffers an
empty shell. He pardoned Alamesiegha, the man
who was convicted abroad and had to escape
dressed as an ugly woman. He pardoned and
embraced Buruji Kashamu; a wanted drug baron
and made him a party chairman. He pardoned Al
mustapha; the hench man of Late Sani Abacha to
use him in order to achieve some selfish political
gains. He accepted and embraced Ali Modu
Sheriff; a well known boko haram sponsor and
gave him the PDP ticket to contest for senate. He
failed to prosecute Stella Oduah, the Aviation
Minister for the massive sleaze of her ministry's
treasury to buy bullet-proof cars. He failed to
prosecute Aba Moro; the Interior Minister who
suprintended over the death of many graduates in
search of immigration jobs and collected a
thousand naira from each candidate. He failed to
prosecute Diezani Madueke; the Petroleum
Minister who has not been able to account for the
missing billions of naira that developed wings
under her care and was indicted abroad for
brazen corruption. He failed to prosecute the man
who stole billions of pension funds meant for
those who have deligently served their father-land
for 35 years. Aminu Oguche, the man who was
extradited, a self-professed master-mind of the
Nyanya bomb blast in which so many lives and
properties were destroyed; was set free and to
this day, not a single word has been heard from
the presidency. He appointed Obanikoro, a known
and unrepentant election rigger as a Minister in
his cabinet. He appointed Femi Fani Kayode, a
man with a money-laundering case on his neck,
as his campaign co-ordinator. When Nigeria had
a president, Gani Adams was in hiding, Uwazurike
was in detention awaiting trial for treason, Asari
Dokubo was in detention awaiting trial for treason,
Tompolo was in hiding. Now vagabonds are in
power the result is what we are witnessing today.
Nigerians, these are the kind of people Jonathan
loves to work with. Should we continue to leave
our yams in the 'care' of goatshuh A president
who cannot muster enough strength to confront
our greatest problem is not fit to be re-elected!
People, pls tell me, is this the kind of person we
honestly want as our leaderhuh Should our dislike
for Buhari make us continue with the mess we are
inhuh Haba! CHANGE is natural and absolutely
necessary!
Re: Presidential Poll: Soldiers Arrive Lagos’ Streets by Hemanwel(m):
- Few weeks ago,BH leader,Abubakar Shekau, through the video footage released, vowed to disrupt the general elections saying it is "unislamic".
- GEJ announced the plan to use Soldiers for polls in order to guarantee maximum security for electorates and INEC officials ,particularly in the volatile Northeast.
- APC takes FG to court for planning to use Soldiers at the polls.
- Court bars soldiers from polling stations.

This is the same APC whose high-point of campaign has been FG's inability to protect the lives of its citizens in the troubled region.
Would any sane person allow his/her relative be taken to this region as an INEC official without adequate security??
Adding all these together,it's crystal clear that APC does not mean well for Nigeria and Nigerians.

chibecanglobal:
Ahead of Saturday’s Presidential election, stern-looking and combat-ready soldiers were Monday, spotted along the Boundary Market-Marine Beach Road, in Ajegunle, Lagos controlling traffic in the area.

Residents who spoke to Vanguard said the soldiers had been deployed to the area since Saturday, even as they had a show-of-force physical exercise that day.

According to them, since the soldiers arrived the area, they have taken over control of traffic.
This development Vanguard gathered has restored normalcy in the area, as against the usual chaotic traffic jam caused by the indiscriminate parking by yellow bus (danfo) drivers and ‎motorcyclists (okada riders) in the axis.

A resident, Wale Oke said: “Since Saturday, that these soldiers have been here, the chaotic traffic build-up we have especially along this Boundary Market Roundabout has been cleared-off.

“This no-nonsense soldiers have cleared-off all the danfo bus drivers and the okada riders who park indiscriminately along this road to pick and drop passengers. This is a nice development,” he said.

Why are soldiers taking over traffic? What are the cops and traffic wardens there for? What happened to LASTMA? What's with deploying soldiers particularly to Lagos?

What exactly are the duties of our soldiers?
all of the above.

Re: Presidential Poll: Soldiers Arrive Lagos’ Streets by ugojamali(m): 8:39pm On Mar 23, 2015
While the rule of law should be always adhered to, I think Jonathan should invoke presidential powers and doubt that court order. Face it, without soldiers at our polling booths there will be chaos and loss of many lives especially in the north.

Tolexander:
The presence of soldiers doesn't guarantee that there won't be rigging in the election. Osun State and Ekiti state are living examples.
Well, lifes and properties will be secured to an extent.
That's exactly why the soldiers are there. To replicate Ekiti.
