This is serious. You have not had an English Teacher for close to a year now. what kind of school is that anyway? I just wonder how a school can be without an English Teacher for close to a year.

My stand, the pay is kind of too small when the turnover of the school can take the board of directors to London based on the fact that you have advertised for this position about three months ago for the position of Basic tech., and 8 months for the position of an English teacher.

Information reaching me is that the school is run like when late President Yar'dua was in Saudi - Arabia. Cabalnocrazy. Partially is the order of the day.
My advice, just go there to garner experience as regards teaching and move to a better school.

And again, Pls mind your own business, start your own school and run it like GEJ would. Let's learn to make wise analysis and write with Sense.

I am sure you made a wise analysis of the situation before you decide to move to things bigger than you. What else would one link to you moving?

Change is one constant thing, regardless of the place or the position, and we all desire growth. Pls slow down on your criticism, the school is trying on her own part. It is one of the school that pay the highest around that area, you need to consider and review all sides in your analysis.

You started it ooh, I wish we can meet or I see you. Regardless of the pay or the working conditions, working there was an opportunity to serve and make my contribution, and I believe the condition there was fair, and I don't have any problem with the management. If you were wronged or you know someone who was, Pls find it in your heart to forgive and let go. Some of these things are the harsh realities around us, but we are hopeful.
