No videos of the war against "Boko Haram"

The only war in history shrouded in almost total secrecy apart from occasional propaganda footage released by Chadian army.

Stop this please, how has he tried? The insurgence has been on for years now. Jonathan's six years has caused BH to be more lethal and powerful even than the NA. The elections is the sole purpose of the incessant combats of late. This is bad and we should not salute mediocrity. The lives and security of every Nigerian is paramount and should be paramount to GEJ.

That's just naive. Osama was plenty educated, some of his followers were doctors. Across the western world educated young people are rushing to join Islamic State.

It's violent ideology we need to combat.

it is all making sense now, never was it about nigerian army being under-equipped. i mean compare the arms of this chadian soldiers, its not anything different from what you will find in the armory of nigerian army. They dont use their airforce, its just the normal advancement of troops. Our army cannot deal with the crises, its that simple. man know man has really eating up our army, they dont have the zeal and passion.

GEJ had to do something real drastic, so he paid the chadians to do the war! something we can do ourselves, if only we hired the right people to do the job. same thing is happening in politics.

He said fighting BH is like fighting the north. BH said it is fighting for a country friendly with sharia criminal laws like stoning women to death for adultery and cutting hands of thieves.

Buhari said such sharia criminal laws must be practiced in all of Nigeria.

But some foolish Nigerians are rooting for Buhari for president; in other words, rooting for Nigeria governed by a sympathizer with Boko Haram.

It is a dangerous situation Nigerians are in.

NIGERIA WILL SOON BE SAVED. #SAI BUHARI

[b]- The GEJ Administration has:
1) Not added a dime to the external reserves despite earning far higher revenues than any Nigerian president in history;
2) Depleted external reserves to about $29bn;
3) Escalated external debt;
4) Slowed down growth in the economy, now expected to grow below 6% for 2015;
5) Pushed unemployment now over 23%;
6) Caused poverty incidence to hover above 71%;
7) Overseen domestic debt ballooning to N7.65trn from N4.55tn in 2010;
8.) Depleted the excess crude account to less than $1bn
9) The worst exchange rate in the history of this country;
10) Presided over 500% jump in payment of petrol subsidies to over N1.4trn ($8.9bn) in 2011 and 2012 respectively from just under N261bn ($1.6bn) in 2006.
We had been promised steady Power with a plan as GEJ campaigned in 2011. In 2015, he says we should try to understand why power has not gone above 4500MW in four years. The "private sector" that won bids are not even able to provide needed funds to turn the critical sector around which then begs the question, how were they picked in the first place? Considering the depth of financing needed to make the sector work, I am surprised the government did not invite foreign investors to take ownership in a few of the Discos/Transcos/Gencos and allow competition and efficiency (ala MTN & MTel) to kill off, buy or merge with the inefficient investors. I doubt we will get a better deal in Power if GEJ is given another 4 years as the first set of investors have now invested in his next 4 years and will certain dictate the tune.

When Buhari was asked by a journalist to react about the postponement of the elections at Sanusi inaugural ceremony in Kano, his reply was "what's Boko Haram?".

I still strongly believe that the bloody tyrant called Buhari, knows more about this terroristic group; that has brought pains and deaths to the people of the northeastern Nigeria.

If he is not careful, he will be handed over to the ICC for crimes against humanity after the good people of this country must have rejected him in the forthcoming election.
