I never see Governor Wey invest in statues pass this man ooo.. Akpuru Akpu (Images) everywhere. Yet the people are still suffering. Mind you, this is not an APC or PDP thing oo.  Please, can someone tell me the meaning of this white elephant project? Of what economic importance is this blue ball? Looks very creepy though!
