Those are lens flare brushes. Just add them as you like to your photo edit.

Thats all my guy. those pix were proffesional shots. studio lightning. The photos were only enhanced and color balanced to match each other

Lens flares can easily be created in photoshop. Create an object with rectangle shape tool, fill with solid color, reduce its opacity, add outter/inner glow and there u have a simple flare

Use soft Brush. Apply it, then stretch with free transform.

It uses the foreground color. I mean, the color selected.
