THOSE INEC STAFFS IN WARD 13 OTUOKE ARE DAFT . THEY SHOULD BETTER START TELLING US THE STORY HOW THEY WERE GIVEN MAL-FUNCTIONAL CARD READERS BY JEGA .. THEIR REPUTATIONS IS IN DISREPUTE AND MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS RIDICULE WHEN THEY ARE EXPECTED TO DELIVER SOUND ACCREDITATION
