There's a serious gridlock now along Orlu Road as Rochas Okorocha and other APC candidates allegedly waylay some INEC officials along the Akwakuma junction. The APC team which comprises of Rochas Okorocha, Osita Izunaso, Ben Uwajimogu, Uche Onyeagocha, and othe APC stalwarts are acting on a tip off and have already cordoned off the main road having caught the INEC official with the ballot papers red handed......Be right back for more updates and pictures.

Which part of the rule allows the Electoral Officer to collate fake ballot papers.

If the Electoral Officers hands are clean then they can let them go but if not.. I am afraid of the outcome..
