Re: Presidential Election Results In Ogun - The Nation by gists: 7:56pm On Mar 29, 2015
The result from Ogun is not that good.
Maybe it has to do with low PVC collection rate.
Their is something sinister waiting to come from SE and SS.
Except Edo and the crisis in Rivers, ow come we have not heard any result from Delta and other SS states. Same goes for SE.

At this rate APC need to make sure the numerical strength it has in Kano, Kaduna, Katsina and Bauchi count. If for any reason they record low turn-out, then I am sorry. I strongly feel SE and SS are just waiting for the results of those state. APC need to come out with the highest turnout ratio in the country from those state if they will have any chance. I hope they learnt from the mistake of 2011

APC - 12 : PDP - 6 (results so far)

GMB holding down at least 60% of total votes so far.

#SaiBaba
6 from 12 assuming theses are the actual figures, it shows GEJ is getting his 25% in Ogun state and also 2/3.

However, its still not the authentic result so I don't regard it yet. Jega said it.....the actual result will come from his office.

So let's be calm.....its not over yet. Stop the jubilation until the final result from jega.

Your point is well noted. The fact though is that the NC & SW were considered battle grounds. If GMB takes those 2 regions at 55%, add that to the wins in NW & NE...you can see why I'm a bit uneasy.
Re: Presidential Election Results In Ogun - The Nation by mandarin: 8:19pm On Mar 29, 2015
What I think Buhari need in this election is majority votes in Southwest and about 40% of votes cast in NC. Obviously, the NW and SE, SS and plus Edo has little difference even if all voters voted the NW and all of SS and SE is a difference of about a million and you can guess the two may cancel themselves out leaving the NE. Turn out was low in d SW as I speculated and it will be similar in some parts of SE and SS.
To me,I think Ogun turn out is disappointing moreso that Osinbajo is from there but not bad for Buhari

There is the tendency that GEJ will have an in road in NW nd NE...

The voting pattern can be funny....u never can tell.

Ogun state presidential result in 2011 PDP=309,177....ACN=199,555...CPC=17,654 in south west PDP=2,786,417....ACN=1,369,943.......CPC=321,609. But now the table has turned.

He will for sure, because the kind of irresponsible rigging being perpetuated in the SS & SE is not so in NW & NE. However, the combined voting strength of SS & SE is just about what you have in NW alone.

The results coming in so far from NW & NE show clear leads for GMB.

This is a very good outing there for PDP. Because they have achieved over 40% with the results up there. Which means they have got more than the required benchmark in that state to coast home to victory. PDP has cut a lot of votes from SW meanwhile SE, SS and NC is 100% for GEJ while he pick the required 25% from the remaining region. That gives him a win.

GEJ till 2019
i guess you don't know all the state that made up North central. Nassarawa and kogi are for buhari.
