Any smart person wud already see how pdp's plan to win this election is almost perfected. The plot is, apc wins in most SW and Northern states albeit by a slim margin while pdp wud overcompensate by winnning the SS anf SE by a large margin. Ask yourself, y hasn't result been announced from any SS or SE state yet?
