See in all the states there are Returning Officers which are the Profs from the Universities

They normally would have announced the result after collation in their respective states which will be signed by all parties......

That is where people normally get the result first even before they take it to meet Jega in Abuja


What Jega will only do is to announce the TOTAL of all the result first announced by the ROs in their states and also in front of camera in Abuja before Jega now take over to announce the TOTALITY of the results and declare the Winner

But with the results being collated from the states,we have a sneak preview of who would win......The ritual from Jega is just for formality sake

Buhari will likely have 25% in all SW states (6) all NW states (7) all of NE states (6) all of NC states (6) plus Edo state (1) = 25 states

Jonathan will have 25% in all SS states (6) all SE states (5) all SW states (6) all NC states (6) at least one state in NW state (1) = 24 states

Both candidate need not worry over25% but actual figure (numbers)
