Walahi I ve conceded (... GMB has already win this one only would appreciate if my beloved president Jonathan would do the right thing and let in Buhari with a wonderful welcome
At least 6 years is a great achievement for him and his family
If He does this, I promise him in 1 or 2 year time even some hausa, yoruba will learn to respect him or forgive him at the least
To me He tried but his capacity was below ruling Nigeria entity ... I voted for Gej cause that's the candidate of my choice, not cause of tribalism, religion or any other thing as suggested by Soyinka...

This is my take on the whole affair ... I join the whole Nigeria in welcoming Change

You young man are a very sensible Nigerian. I pray may the good Lord increase many like you in Nigeria, so that we may be able to properly tackle the problem. It's not about leaders being corrupt only. The followership is equally yoked in Nepotism and corruption, abuse of power and office etc.

My thought exactly, I was wondering why a jobless graduate will drink garri in the morning and still shout continuity irrespective of the state or party, it is real foolishness. I expect you to change APC where necessary while PDP too should be changed when needed. For me I don't have sentiment I just want the voice of the people and heathy competition that favours the public.

I want us to put all the political parties on their toes and remind them that our PVCs holds their future not their office.

[color=#990000]There are lots of interpretation on social media & TVs as relating to this 2/3 or 1/4 of the vote cast of a thing...

In my own opinion, for a candidate to be declared a winner, he must of satisfy two conditions:

1. Won by numbers of votes cast

2. Won 1/4 of 2/3 of the States

Must have won at least 1/4 of 2/3 of the votes cast in 36 states. so 1/4 of 2/3 of 36 = 6

So a candidate to be declared winner, a candidate must have won by a margin of 6 states together with otherwise there will be a re-run between the two major parties
[/color

This is a shameful and pathetic interpretation of the electoral requirements for a candidate to be declared winner in this election.
The requirements are:
1. At least 25% of the total valid votes cast in 2/3 of the number of states in the federation - presently 36
That is 2/3 of 36: =24

2. Plurality of the total valid votes cast.
That is: the highest number of votes cast in favour.

even if u get 2m votes in delta, u are not going anywhere, have u seen the results of Sokoto, Bauchi, Kebbi, Zamfara, Adamawa, Niger just to mention but a few. Remember there is 2m votes plus in a savings account somewhere.
Relax 1.4 Rivers and 1.6 delta will wipe out your savings account with enough change to hammer your northern states, if only we can conceed a maximum of 1.2M from them.

Take for instance, some PDP top gun found him useful in his campaign and paid him to do all those analysis he's been doing to help the PDP cause, did the opposition find you that useful or find him to be a threat to them so as to employ you to hunt him down?
I mean, he's doing it for the money without giving two f**ks about you.. You're doing it for what? .

Delta is still collating. They are trying to get 2.3 million votes out of 1.5 million accredited voters. grin grin grin This is Nigeria, nothing is impossible. After all, 16 is greater than 19.
