Steps...
1. From the conversation page ENTER options.
2. Select MORE
3. Select Email conversation
4. Type your mail, and send

Wrong information. What you av simply done with that method is that you sent your chat history wit a person to somebody's email address through an email client. This can be Gmail, ymail or any other. The step shown above is not a way to send mail through WhatsApp but rather a way to send chat history through email. Thanks
