A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Dan Magori village yesterday allegedly shot four members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for celebrating Buhari’s victory at Dan Magori village in Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara State. The PDP stalwart called Alhaji Mu’azu Abdullahi reportedly shot the four men when he attempted to prevent members of the APC from marching through his house. When the celebrants defied his attempt to block their passage, a quarrel ensued and he dashed into his house, brought a gun and fired shots at them, Daily Trust gathered. Confirming the incident, spokesman of the state police command, DSP Sanusi Amiru, said the suspect has been arrested and that they have commenced investigation. On the fate of the victims, Amiru said the victims are responding to treatment in a hospital in Gusau.
