may be server issues but try rescaning it at a cybercafe surely it will cheers..

For those of us still having signature ish, never worry it won't affect nothing. If NYSC so need our signature we will be allowed a re-enter. With green card details printout and call-up number we are good to go.

The print out of your biodata containing your picture either black/ white or coloured copy ? its your green card.

Go to camp with valid documents of your credentials any error found will be corrected.
