Oil blocks should be allocated back to Nigeria, with the current owners given operators license for a number of years with a 70% share of proceeds going to Nigeria.

After reading response from @,op, I realized he is not patriotic. He is one of those dividing this country with his stupidity and brewing hate.

@op, are you going to get oil block? I doubt. those who get such things don't really discus them.

it is people like the @op, that reduce our politics to very low level. Go to the communities of those who own oil blocks and you'll weep.
