just tel them the truth that u need medical cert for recruitment exercise. they can even cover some things and cleared u if u are found unfit.

i feel d reason why we ddnt receive our confirmation mail today is because we r in a weekend, so we shld chill till monday. my opinion though

An immigration officer told me that they are still sending the mails....we will recieve ours.

if u have scanned your documents, its better u start uploading them even before the mail arrive.
The uploading is a diff process from the mail.
The mail is only meant to inform u abt the date and venue of ur cbt exam also a form of creditation.
The document u will upload will be useful to process ur application.

Can we collect this medical cert frm any hospital or specifically frm a Government hospital?

Either Kaduna or Abuja,look for dos dat av gotten the mail and confirm from them.pls make sure u get the mail from Kano candidates cos the day Kano will write is different from dat of Kaduna,kastina,Abuja,Jigawa etc. ALL the best.
