Most of the insufficient memory ish I've solved have always been the "log_other_mode" path, in the root memory, being filled up with unnecessary 'files.'

You may have installed an app that's causing it. It happened to me some weeks ago... Though I never thought of uninstalling Google services though. I got so frustrated that I had to format my phone. It repeated itself today again but I was observant enough to know the particular app I installed to cause the error. It was Rom Manager. As soon as I uninstalled it everything became normal.
Therefore, I suggest you look through your apps.
