Guy reverse versa.Donald is more of an intellectual befitting for the Presidency than Akpabio.

If there was a position for Secretary of State in Nigeria,I'd say give it to Duke under Buhari's admin or betterstill he takes the Foreign Ministry.

Anyim is Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

Anyim's position is to conduct all appointments by the president.He is in charge of all ministers,special advisers,special assistants and all others.Basically,just like a secretary in a company runs all informations for the boss,he serves same role.

Secretary of State is a Diplomatic position,whoever holds this position becomes the country's no 1 diplomat ready to represent Nigeria on behalf of the President anywhere and must be able to influence the country's foreign policy.
