Personally I think the reg and all other things have closed. But you can check the registration and complaint thread on the Niraland nysc portal. I hope you will find your solutions there.

I did mine using my phone. First you got to know that the required size of the signature should not be more than 7kb, so I used my webcam to reduce the pixel size and capture the signature and then upload it as scanned signature.
