please on my dash board its writing no valid signature what should I do?

sign on a plain white paper, snap it with your phone camera, send it to a browsing system, use snipping-tool on window-7 to recapture the main part of the signature, save it with -portable network graphic- file format ( that will make the size to be far less than 7kb), and then use the scanning option on your dashboard to upload it.
