Kimoni o! Which one be anal molestation o! U never jam constipation before sha. I know people that use palm kennel oil to stimulate sef. I've seen it done. My dear abeg commot ur mind from gutter. I know what u are thinking. Na cos d world done change. Mchew.
Kimoni:

I disagree o. I still can't imagine sticking an adult finger into a newborn's butt hole as a remedy for constipation. You realise how fat some people's fingers are? even the pinky? That is anal molestation!

A good quality Cotton bud (not the ones sold in traffic) rarely get stuck in the ears if it is used gently talkess of the butt hole.

Anyways, each to her own.

Cheers

My experienced mamas in the house I don come again o! My prince is a month old today, and I noticed he sweats a lot while feeding, also when he is sleeping he breaths fasts for awhile then breaths normal, moves his eyes and smile. Even when he is awake he smiles a lot (I learnt frm my Mil that he too young to be smiling ). let me stop here for now.

Babies go through different sleep cycles...just like adults do too. Everything you described is normal. Babies naturally breathe faster and irregular...but it normalises as they grow. They also tend to hold ttheir breaths for a few seconds, then continue breathing.

Abnormal things you should look out for are - Wheezing sound, and a DEEP caving in of the chest (naturally, their chests cave in a bit when breathing...take note of that).

As foe the smile, it's normal. Most children start smiling between 3-6weeks old...it's no biggie. My daughter started smiling at about 3weeks, and my son was about 4weeks.

Infants are tiny...i can imagine how tiny their butt holes will be. So inserting an adult pinky finger, no matter how slim, is still big when you compare it to the size of the hole.

Buy good quality cotton bud, not the ones they sell in transparent lock sachets, and you won't have to worry about the cotton removing.

Not needed at all. Up till like 4 yrs of age, my kids didn't even know what sugar tasted like and they take pap and cereals for breakfast.

Most times, these things are inevitable with babies even though we all hate it on them.

You can apply Shea butter though it would still clear off eventually.

hello mums, no doubt babies are blessing in disguise. i was so happy and proud when my sister gave me a bouncing baby nephew cheesy. But after the birth of her son, she was finding it difficult to lose the extra baby weight that came with the blessing. So she turn to me for help, since i have helped a lot of guy loose weight. But unfortunately i was unable to help her because a woman's metabolism is different from a man's, so its easier for men to lose weight than women. I checked all those yanky site, but the food they were recommending were no where to be found in Nigeria and am sure they were not even sweet sef (Nyama!!) e.g auteed spinach or kale, 1 slice whole grain sourdough or sprouted grain help you lose weight.
i am sure you are wondering what those things are:
me too o!. Those are the kinds of food i was seeing on those yanky sites.
so i started studying women's metabolism so passionately because i really love my sister and i wanted to help her by all means. she's the best sister a brother could ever ask for. Not bore you with my story, Thank God i finally found a healthy way that requires no starving, in fact you even eat some regular Nigerian food like 4 to 6 times daily, no pill, no hard exercises ( losing weight depends on 80% of what goes into your mouth and 20% of exercise) that help my sister to lose the whole baby weight. Now she doesn't look like someone who has even given birth.
So i am sure some of you are asking why am i telling you guys all this?
the answer is, i am not selling you anything. i just want to help you get you that sexy ideal body, because seeing you confident and happy makes me happy and fulfilled cos i love adding value to peoples lives, just like the lovely person who started this thread. the feeling is priceless.
so if you are ready to lose weight just go to this link https://articlesforever.leadpages.net/weightloss/ and start your free coaching. thank you for reading
P.S. In case you’re on of those people (like me) who just skip to the end, all i was saying was that you should go to this link https://articlesforever.leadpages.net/weightloss/ if you want to lose baby weight for free.

wow! you mean, till 4yrs ur kids didnt fancy juice, ribena, bobo like other kids do. I like dat o.
Abeg give me tips.
How about when they see their peers with those sugary drinks, like in school, how would you know they didnt beg

The ice cream shared in parties actually broke the jinx but luckily, they had learnt to eat a lot of meals without adding sugar.

Basically, I just didn't add sugar to their food as infants and I avoided giving them sweetened drinks.

Pls no. Mentholatum is too strong for his/her age.

Congestion at this age is quite common. It will clear up as they feed more....especially as there is no catarrh.

Do you have a shower with hot water running through?

Okk. Just take your baby into the bathroom wuth you. Take a chair or stool along. Open the tap and let the hot water run, thereby sreleasing steam in the bathroom. Sit down in the bathroom for about 10-15mins.

The steam in the bathroom should decongest his airways.

Mamas, what can I use to relieve itchy gums in my four and half months baby? She has big rashes on her upper back that has been there for more than two weeks. I took her to a paed yesterday and she was given piriton and skineal.

I noticed the itching worsens each time I give her the piriton. Do you think I should stop the piriton and rub only the skineal?

How can I reduce itchy gums too? Thanks.

Hi dear, pls don't use d rice we eat. Baby rice cereal is made from brown rice. I believe u can use another make of brown rice not necessarily uncle ben's brown rice. For d Oat someone had asked b4 if she could use good morning oat. I told her to check d contents of both so I guess u should do same too

Congrats on d birth of ur baby. I had tear too when I had my baby. I was given ibuprofen and stool softener and I took both religiously. It really helped. I also did sitz bath ie puttin warm water (d temperature of d water was a little above warm) in a bowl, added salt and sittin on it for 15-20mins twice daily.
