if you are talking about brand new ones, the ones I can offer at that rate remains intel celeron processors, and free dos. Meaning I do the windows installation myself.

Meanwhile a lot of people would still sell this type to you without telling you it is a free dos but there a no downsides

Can celeron processor be used for playing heavy games. I don't mind changing graphic card if needed.

seriously I don't know, I am not the game type. Maybe onegig and deji2009 can answer that. But the processor speed is 2.16ghz if that helps

Celeron is a stripped down cheaper version of the Intel Pentium processors. Even the pentium processors struggle to play High definition games let alone celeron that's more slower.

Thanks for the information. I just need something I can work and play with at least on a medium level, all these processors (AMD, Pentium, celeron etc) is making me confuse.

aite, you should budget about 75k because there are no free dos on dual core systems.

Didn't read the opening post. All you need to do is get a fairly used system or upgrade the money to get something better. That amount won't get you anything reasonable that is new.
