What i see is buhari and osibanjo riding a camel, and carrying some mugus in a cart, the people in that small container includes, rochas, amechi, obasanjo, atiku, fashola, tinubu, el rufai, and all the crooks and theives in nigeria, and he is asking osibanjo if they have repented because he plans on putting them in kirikiri for 8 years, before a new president comes in, but osibanjo is confused.

Because only obasanjo has repented by returning 500 million that he stole
