Hey guys, I made a mistake and filled section 1 and section 2 with the same waec result in the 'Load certificate form' part of oau's online screening. Now instead of doing just one waec sitting, oau thinks I did two sittings and it has refused to clear off. I tried calling their hotlines but there is no answer. What do I do?

Have you tried to log out and re-log in again. Click on Load Certificate. Click the cursor on each column in the second section that you have filled and delete what you typed there. Then submit again. Make sure your Internet connection is strong because the e-portal might be over logged with users. and a Desktop or Laptop might be more advisable. Check your online Summary form to confirm if your changes reflected.

If this doesn't help, keep calling the hotlines or reach them at: isis@ouaife.edu.ng

If that doesn't work, you might have to travel to Ife or wait till we resume. I don't think registration should have ended by that time.

Or does anyone have other suggestions ?

birth certificate or affidavit, o levels result be it original or print out, your passport( 360 by400) , your signature (sign on an a4 paper and scan)

Hope I wouldn't be having any problem if I resume on the 7th of May because I would be in my village for my grandma's burial on the day of resumption. I have asked this several times but got no reply. Pls I need reply ASAP.

The school management stated May 3 as ur arrival date... u won't be cleared before that day in whatever hall of residence
