i bought 1310,has 34pcs inside(ie d maxi) and yes its available in shops at least arnd here.

I'm sure its same price or less with more pcs

Okk. Just take your baby into the bathroom wuth you. Take a chair or stool along. Open the tap and let the hot water run, thereby sreleasing steam in the bathroom. Sit down in the bathroom for about 10-15mins.

The steam in the bathroom should decongest his airways.

Yes u can't do hot water massage cos of both internal nd external stitches. I'm still trying to get my tummy down after 5months but I can attest to post partum girdle, it works like magic but only if u r DETERMINED to be wearing it 24/7. I got tired of wearing it (especially at midnite wen I hv to b waking up at almost every hour to breastfeed) nd my tummy became big again. But u hv to heal up internally 1st b4 u can wear it, say 8wks. Pls don't tie d tummy!

Well I took all those dry gin nd co but it didn't work for me, it might work for u, u can gv it a try.

colic most likely...burp her well after each feed, if you are using bottle try to buy anti colic bottles, u can lie her on her tummy (supervised) because of SIDS, but don't worry, it passes at about 3 months

Please recommend any of the anti colic bottles you've used. I want to introduce formula to my baby since she will be starting creche by the end of may when I resume work.

Have heard similar ish wt Breast feeding I noticed after my baby finish sucking she just starts crying 10mins later only for my mum to notice d breast milk was nt flowing well since den av been taking lotta pap nd hot tea and it has really helped a lot.

Pls my mamas, I don come again. I rily hate dis rash or whateva it is on my 3wks+ son. Some pple call it 'imibe' but don't know d english name for it. It starts like a tiny pimple kinda den I guess it bursts and spreads to anoda area becos befor I know it anoda one has appeared. It den flattens ouy and then peels off. I initially tot it was diaper rash cos it started from his private area but now its all over his neck. i think d yoruba name is alefo while dermatologists say it's molluscum contagiosum..
dilute ncp in water(equal parts) & use to clean d rash after pricking it open then use mupirocin cream to rub it regularly. u can also use calamine lotion for the itch. keep at it, it will b gone within a month.
