APC hinged their case on
1) Fayose isn't eligible to vyv for Gov after being impeached

Which stated in simple clear words that the Ekiti state Chief Justice that carried out the impeachment wasn't constitutionally enthroned and therefore his actions are unconstitutional

APC have only been able to prove this on Newspaper and Not in the court of law

This also was only prove on pages of newspapers not in the court of all

In addition to your submission, the competent CJ of Ekiti State as at 2006 setup the 7-man panel as requested by the then legislators. The panel found Fayose innocent. The State legislators went clearly against the constitution which they sworn to protect suspend Kayode Bamisile the Chief Judge of the state(as at then) because he refused to dance to their tune. Then unilaterally appoint Jide Aladejana as the acting Chief Judge to do their bidding. Note that they have NO power to suspend or appoint CJ.

The case that bothers on the suppose rigging was thrashed out by the court and the appeal court. The APC need to embrace civility.

As regards the impeachment of recent, the process from day1 is illegal and neither the CJ nor the House Clerk is taking them serious. Don't mind those sore losers
