The banks or black market (BDCs) won't sell dollar to you for N198/dollar.

The Service Charge starts from $1/Item if you're purchasing 50 items and reduces to as low as $0.10/Item. For FLAT RATE products (these are products that have a joint fee as Freight Fee & Service Charge), there are fixed rates.

Normal Freight Fee is $10/kg from China and the Express Freight Fee is $13/kg.
