I am and active person on nairaland.i post everyday.but one too many times I come to post here I see this message saying You can't not do this at this time, try again later, i want to know why and what this message is for .

And why it's only me that seams to get it.
Coz on the threads I created I see others can post on while I can't seam to find a reply botton on the options for me to comment at all.and this can go on for hours.

Pls help me i really want to know. Thanks
