Why did the same senate not stop him from awarding multi billion pipeline security contracts to Dokubo, Tompolo, Ganiyu Adams etc. Did he not do the ground breaking ceremony of the Gas City in Gbaramatu, which is a bigger and more expensive project than the Ibaka seaport.
