Purgatory According to Catholic is an intermediate state after physical death in which those destined for heaven undergo purification so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven. Purgatory is a place or Condition or temporal punshiment for those who departing this life in God's grace, are not entirely free from venial faults (1 John 2:2) the idea that we have to suffer for our sins after death is contrary to everything the Bible says about salvation. Please, let share more light on this topic. Thanks

this is not about what one beleive but about what the Bible which we read says.

From Genesis to Revelation purgatory was not mentioned & besides if we have to suffer for our sins after death it makes Jesus death on the cross meaningless.

Read Hebrews 9:23-28. Collosians 1:12-20.

Jesus has paid the price for our sins once & for all.

Anything other than what the Bible says is a lie. Am speaking as a christian.

purgatory does not exist and if it does Jesus would have talk about it. And it would have been mention in old testament. All I know is that after death judgment follows.
