4rm d apartment to Oshodi is 70naira
To CMS is 70naaira BRT bus
To Ikeja is 150
To stadium is 50
To ojuelegba is 30naira
To Ikorodu BRT is 120 naira

So this place is @d middle of lag n convinient if u work or wat so ever.

U wil refund me 150k for the rent I ve paid in advance n pay d landlord 6months rent of 75k + a 40k agrement, That means u wil b paying the total sum of 265k for a 1 year n 6months house rent stay.

2, If ure scared about d larger amount, remove my 150k n wen I take u to land lord place n u settle wit him n pay him his own, afta I gve u key n u park in den u pay me my 150k, but if u remove 1 naira 4rm my money ure on ur own cuse I won't acept.

3, We ve water in compound dat runs inside d bathroom n kitchen which u pay 200 rate monthly.

4, It has a parking space

5, Am not desperate, check my history on Nairaland no body wil say I stole his pin n if ure stil scared no b by force to enter my house
