Early this morning there was traffic at stepping stone junction, Satellite Town.

This young civilian was walking by and started directing traffic for hours.

And he did very well.

The CHANGE we are all clamoring for should start with YOU.

Op, its nothing new over here, I have seen a DOWN SYNDROME patient controllig traffic in PortHarcourt, people were giving him money, one mumu driver that wanted to claim fast guy, d DS guy just hit his glasses, the driver was lucky, it didn't break
