It is not about being afraid......Buhari moving over to the DEFENCE House is part of the protocol which the outgoing Government must do to ensure a smooth transition and exchange of power

As it stands,Buhari will now be treated like a quasi-President by the outgoing Jonathan government because he is now the embodiment of Nigeria's mandate and they must ensure that nothing must happen to him

What is in play is a standard practise all over the world
