olx cars, please how reliable are they? I overheard someone saying most car sellers demand for money to fuel the cars and registration fees before delivering the cars, please how true is this? Expert opinion needed.

well, choose wisely. if you call a seller that wants any form of advance payment before you take possession of the car, its a scam. politely hang up the phone.

Well, it's normal to pay first before taking possession of the car but in this case, it's view/inspect the car and not "take possession".

besides, olx now have a report back email for exposing criminals. So report one when u see it.
