Good day house,pls I need advice as to go about this situation.my dad tried using the first bank ATM to withdraw 100k.he made 20k withdraw 5times and came home thinking all was well.After 3hours he discovered the money was 50k less as 50k is all he has with him now.pls house my question is if anything can be done as we are all worried cos the monney is for an emergency.pls mods take this to the right section.

let him go back to d bank,dey can check and confirm weda truely its dat 50k dat d ATM dispensed,dey will correct d error... make ur dad no panic joor

First, didn't he receive alert immediately he made each of the withdrawal?
Again, judging by your post, it' s obvious he withdrew 10k each with the belief that it's 20k, probably the reason he didn't notice at that point.
I advise he should check his account balance.

his account balance shows dat 100k has been debited dunno wat to do o thanks anyway.
