Is the size of each credential lower than the stipulated size? If they are, I suspect that it isn't an e-portal problem. It might be a problem with your files or even the computer you're using. You can try re scanning, resizing and re uploading with a different PC.

the same session...i wanted to change my course so i told someone to do it for me then i ended up being indecisive in the end.
