Story for the gods..... The President elect will probe NNPC from whatever year(s) he wants and you barcanista don't have the right to give him conditions before he do what we (those that detested corruption) elected him to do . If you are truly concerned, tell your corrupt President to start probing before he lives that seat. |

barcanista:Buhari is not yet the president bro and he has not done anything yet. He is only saying what he might do or not do. Make una all go kulu-kulu temper till he is sworn in and starts taking actions. I have no problem probing from 1900, but the current thieves caught should refund what they stole or go to jail. Period. Or you want make we wait till older thieves are caught before dealing with the current ones? |

Barcanista and his flawed reasoning! What was GEJ doing since 2010? Why didn't he probe OBJ and the leaders before him? What makes you think you have a say in how Buhari will run his govt? I sincerely believe you haven't gone through the report! If not, you wouldn't have spewed this nonsense here. You committed a "slippery slope" fallacy. If GMB decides to probe the allegations of the missing money, it doesn't mean he has to probe past leaders. We are not asking him to wake people from their graves to probe them. Why are you scared by the way? You shouldn't have any reason to fear if GEJ's hands are truly clean. |

kaboninc:Good to have you here. Please bring me up to speed, I guess I missed the time frame for said PwC probe. Quite frankly, it is herculean reading 190 pages or so of verbiages I am not adequately familiar with. From what I gathered from news sites, there's no missing 20b The last question I asked was more of a rhetoric. |

MizMyColi:Nne, Same news site have information about the content of the letter Sanusi sent to GEJ. They also have details of the various House and Senate meetings and Inter Ministerial committee meetings for which Sanusi was a member. They have the various figures alleged by Sanusi to be 'missing' - $49.8 billion, $12 billion, $10.8 billion and lastly $20 billion. I wonder why $20 billion stuck. Then take time to read the PwC's final report. Its just simply a report. A financial document and doesn't contain jargon. Am sure you'd agree that the SAME recommendations by the House and Senate were maintained by PwC. Nne, I believe some people just like to distort fact and seriously, Nigerian youths have a long way to go! |

sureguy02:Don't you think you're the one whose reasoning is flawed here ![]() Some audit has been undertaken both by internal and external auditors but buhari seemed not satisfied with the results...So it is only pertinent that he undertakes a complete audit if he aren't trying to be mischievous... |

kaboninc:Your last line is the summation of our reality. Not only the youths but Nigeria as a whole truly has a long way to go. The last couple of months have proven to me, why 419 is a very successful scam in Nigeria. I never knew Nigerians were this gullible. Imagine people building castles in the Sky with invisible billions of dollars. |

kaboninc:At this point, I will no longer comment on this matter, till I have researched things for myself. No more nibbling at straws. Apart from the PDF document (which I have), IYO, which news website covered this matter more objectively? At your last sentence, true that.... But there's a silver lining ![]() ![]() |

Whynotthetruth:You are blabbing here just because you haven't read the report! Please download it, it is free. No sane or well meaning Nigerian will be satisfied with the results! The report even shows that the missing money might be much more than the alleged $20B. Why do you think GEJ didn't release the report before the elections? You have a brain, please use it. |
