my personal advice :

somewho has rooted his device should use mtkdroid tools to backup his rom , make a cwm recovery so people cn install it , nd easily restore phone incase of brick during update , it seems the main cause of brick for this device , having a back upshould solve that

since am very notorious for custom roms usage , i should port one when i get my device ....

someone should try make d recovery image .. if u need teps mail me on lvest007@gmail.com

lol,d instruction's at d back of ur fone's pack and there's a pin in ur phone's pack and at d left side of ur phone u'll 2 trays with tiny holes.Dats where ur sim tray is.Put d pin in d hole and try to press it in so dat d spring will open

Lol finally figured that out. Abeg I got that phone on Friday from jumia. Yesterday the charging port started acting up. Won't charge unless I incline the charger in a weird position. Please can this be fixed by a normal phone repairer? Sending it back now is not an option cos d replacement might still develop same problem.
