toystars:I believe, the more bootcampers they pick the more fellows they would get. I also believe Andela isn't about competition, it's more about quality. It's like a psych eval, to see those that fit the bill, and if the 50 bootcampers have or exceed the the expectations, they could also get in. If I understand the purpose of this fellowship, the only person you are competing against really, is yourself. Andela wants to see those who can push themselves beyond their limit to achieve their dreams. That is why they have been recruiting monthly. The space is there, all we need to get in is the ability to excel. Anyways that's my opinion, am sure we would find out soon enough. 6 Likes |

Kingsleyinfo:I get your point. But my point of competition is if you are one of the 50 bootcampers, then you've got to prove you have what it takes to make it into the fellowship. It's like a competition, give or take, only that you are not really competing against someone... The more you excel more than others, the better your chance, it's like the hunger games. The fellowship is another ball game entirely, and you have to be better than who you were everyday. So the key is to keep getting better... Also my opinion though... 2 Likes |
