You can (selectively) receive a Euro based Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard and the accompanied Euro payment service (SEPA) bank account, which is the equivalent of the existing USD based Payoneer MasterCard with its US Payment Service. The euro based MasterCard and Euro bank account is not open to general online application but by contacting the Payoneer customer support. They will then consider you and ask for certain details as an existing account holder but you should be ready to receive payment from approved European sources to be considered. Here is my reply:

Sorry for not seeing your question till now. I haven't used the euro card before. In fact, I just collected my Payoneer euro card today from my post office box.

I don't think Payoneer will block the card but rather it may expire normally when its date passes.

I don't think Payoneer will block the card but rather it may expire normally when its date passes. But it may be possibly blocked if you have not activated the card since you received it. Ask Payoneer support anyway to confirm.

Just like any other MasterCard debit cards, you can use it online and offline in stores and ATM.
