I need an estimate on adding 4 additional coaches to an existing 4 coaches. The plot size is 100X120.

If someone can tell me the materiasl I need I will apprecite it or even better if I can get a quote from a builder that will be even better.

perimeter of the fence = 2x30(100) + 2x36(120) = 132m height of fence = 4x225 = 900mm = 0.9m area = 0.9x132 = 118.5m2 = 120m2 number required = 120 x 10 = 1200blocks
blocks = 1500blocks cement = 10bags sand = 1/2 trip
workmanship for the block = N90,000 ( for 9" blocks) = N75,000 ( for 6" blocks)

wood will depend on if you have intermediate columns @ say 3m and if you will need to coping ontop of the fence.

water should be easy provided you have bore hole or well

I fear everything about Texas except for the food there. I have never seen people who are as paranoid as Texans. They fear everything from "goment" to the air they breath.

Experts in the house, can someone help with a rough estimate of fencing 100×100 plot on a dry land. Another cost of plastering an old fence ( turning grey)same size plot , both 10ft (keeping my inquisitive neighbors out). Thanks y'all for the enlightenment.

100 ft X 2= 200 ft
120 ft X 2= 240 ft
440ft/3feet=146.667 X 2blocks =293.33 aprox. 294 blocks per coarse(coach)
294 block X 4 coarses= 1,176 Blocks
1,176 Blocks will be needed for additional 4 coarses ( space for gate is included to serve as breakage allowance)
Soft Sand ; 10 Tonne
Cement: 13 Bag

Quick estimate:
Approximately 2000 blocks (1196 actual)
10 tonnes sand (range 15-20k)
Cement- 20bags (Me I set about 60blocks per bag o.. except u want more sand than cement in d mixture)
