Hello house, please I need ideals and suggestion on what type of wood in town that can be use for roofing my project in ikorodu, Lagos and detail estimation.
I will attach the roof design but the kitchen space will be cast which was not indicated in the design originally.
Dimension is 38fts wide and 47fts long. The height was not specified but you can advise which is best (4fts, 6fts etc).

Secondly, Itara, Akun, Koko Igbo are the best wood in time for your 2 x 2 for noggin, 2 x 3 for purlin, incase you are using stepped, metcopo or long span, but if it's stone tiles you are to use 2 x 2 for your purlin, for this roof if any carpenter want to go below 12 feet is not standard and if any carpenter want to go above 12ft is not standard for your roof, I'm saying this because I'm a carpenter engineer.

I will send your quotation later today but you need to let me know if you are using stone coated tiles, or Long span, stepped tiles or metcopo but there purlins are different

Thank you for the efforts. Pls, if you have ideal about the cost of the metcopo 0.45 guage and other accessories that will be need for the covering and the labour cost I will appreciate it so that I can ve a proper budget for the wood + aluminum works together.
But if not, then just forward for the wood works alone.
