This money disappeared under buharis watch as the petroleum sec under Obasanjo and shortly after, obasanjo started biulding his Ota farm. Two of them have been fighting corruption with corruption ever since. Buhari needs to come clean on this issue. Is it not ironic that the same character that is willing to part the ocean to find an amarphous 20 billion naira is vehemently refusing to discuss the missing 2 billion. This was the first time billions developed wings at a go in Nigeria. Before then, we use to talk of 10%, after this, we started reading of billions. Shagari and Dikko followed, then babangida, Abacha, Abdulsalami etc. Essentialy, this very act of corruption destroyed this country. Buhari and his godfather Obasanjo must be put on the spot to explain what they did with this huge amount. You can't go to equity with dirty hands.

living in penury kind of change.
