Some of dis properties are unreasonably over priced.
In year 2012 i was in BANANA Island for site seein... i saw houses forsale, some 750million then one agent showed a land of 2,000sqm which was water logged and beside then CBN governor(SA..SI) house when asked the price he told me 2.2billion, i shook my head and left.

With N3billion I can have my private moderate estate of 100 units of 3bedroom flats here in Anambra, with rents @ 500k per anum, multiply it ( it is 500k * 100 units = N500 million) in 7yrs time, I will recoup my money and the estate is still mine for life + housing properties appreciates on daily basis,who knows maybe in 10yrs time, it will no longer be 500k/anum but 1.5M/anum. Choi, I can't waste such amount of money(3billion) on a property that I will also spend much to maintain. I love moderate life,na only cars the freak me. My 2cents though.
