Asari is the only ex militant leader that profited from Jonathan's chopping spree.

Asari alone should welcome him.

He has said the truth but some will call him a traitor simply because they cannot withstand the truth.

His opinion. Everyone is entitled to theirs.

Personally, I think he benefited from the present administration. Unless this article is wrong or is a propaganda, I think he was among the militant leaders that held several meetings before elections about GEJ winning re-election.

Believe it or not, GEJ will still get a heroic welcome in his hometown when he leaves office, and still gets his allowances, pension and other bonuses associated with occupying the post of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Like you said, you think. Come back let's talk once you have verified that he was actually one of this supporters before the elections.

A former militant leader in the Niger Delta, Ebikabowei Victor Ben, a.k.a General Boyloaf, speaks to PREMIUM TIMES’ Aderonke Ogunleye about the outgoing administration of President Goodluck Jonathan, and the incoming Muhammadu Buhari government. Boyloaf says the oil rich Niger Delta did not benefit from the Jonathan Presidency. He pledges to work with Mr. Buhari, and explains why former militants in the region did not carry out their threats to go to war if Mr.Jonathan lost the March 28 presidential election.

Premium Times : How will the Niger Delta receive Jonathan now that he is coming back home?

Boyloaf: To me, as a matter of fact Jonathan disappointed us. That is my own opinion. He disappointed us. To me, he disappointed us. He might be good to some people. There is nothing to tell if you get to my own state. We didn’t benefit. People like us did not benefit from his government. His government focused on one side. The Bayelsans did not benefit. It is only the Arugbos - that is Ondo State and Delta State - that benefited from his government. So, someone like me will not welcome him. I will not welcome him at all. The struggle continues.

I think he is just mad that after May 28, he will not be allowed in Villa for any reason... In fact Abuja might even be a no-go area for him...
Re: Jonathan Is A Disappointment – Ex-militant Leader, Boyloaf by discusant: 3:07pm On May 06, 2015
If in six years Jonathan had steered the NASS to restructure Nigeria's polity so that there shall be near equitable political representation between the north and south of Nigeria.

For now, whatever the north wants in Nigeria happens, because northern soldiers created states and littered states all over the far north, with resulting over-representation of the north in politics.

But Jonathan saw, went, but could not conquer.

Boyloaf is an oaf for saying such. Wasn't Gej busy enriching militants like yourselves ? Can you tell us you didn't make millions from him ?
I have realized long ago that you can't please everyone. At least the money Gej gave to you bloody militants could have been ysed to develop Niger Deltans.
You Stupiiid Boyloaf is part of the problem
