- what were you doing before, that you dont do any longer?
- if you are not turned on any longer, what does he do differently to try to get some groove back?
- do you actually think you can do the same routine for years and still get the same stimulation level?
- how long have you guys been doing the same old routine?
- can you get stimulated on your own, and if yes what goes through your mind then?
- have you ever been honest to your "dh"about your desires fantasies?

well if you had no urge for sex and i did press the right "buttons" then you would get off anyway because your body would respond naturally to these touches/caresses/licking etc. so if when all these are done, you still dont get off then i suggest you look within yourself to see what you DESIRE in the bedroom (or anywhere else), what makes you wet just thinking of it, what turns your engine on. sometimes its all about being sexually honest with oneself. only you know the answers to these questions...... so when you find these answers, you should apply them to your sexual playground and, if you still dont get your engine started, then you have a serious problem on your hands.

@ O.p are you over-weight or just put on weight suddenly or perhaps u are depressed, as a former TTC myself sometimes frustration caused by regular failures in your quest for a child can lead to a diminished sex drive.

you are making less and less sense right now..... you say you want to get your groove back (assuming you have no desire for sex) but when hubby makes the right advances you reject him. if you reject him when he does everything right then the desire to have sex WITH HIM is not there, and therefore, you have no desire to get your groove back on WITH HIM. it all starts in your head, what does your mind tells you? what signals does your mind sends to your body when he gets closer? did he do something that turned you off? and for whom are you hoping to get your groove back on?

btw: are you desires still the same today as they were in the past?

@op, it's in your mind. You're probably tired and frustrated for not being pregnant yet after all you've been doing. Though, it's normal as a human, but truth be told, you still need to realise that it takes two to tango, if you keep saying you are no longer interesed, the effect is in two-folds, it might put your man out, and secondly, you might not get that which you really want from it. What you need to do now is to first forget about having s.ex for procreation and see it as something that excites and interest you, train your mind to believe that you need it as part of life's enjoyment tool.

And please, do yourself a favour, before your "dh" start to think you're getting it from somewhere, let him know how exactly you're feeling about the whole issue, and let him realise that this is the time you need him most, ask him to help you get your groove back that you're ready to cooperate with him. Once he start, and you feel like resisting him, that statement....."i'm ready to cooperate with you" will ring in your head and mind, and gradually, with your cooperation and his assistance, as well as his understanding, it will help you back on track.
