That what you get when you support and pay criminals. Any action that undermine the economy of the federation is criminal and should be punished. The pipeline and the oil belongs to the federal government and all Nigerian citizens not a particular tribe .

truefact:
Hypocritical fool...what resources does nigeria benefits from your region? Without the Militants, do you think ND will have the so called 13% and NDDC?Do you know in a sane clime all the resources from ND belongs solely to them?
Deranged soul, Nigeria benefits a lot from my region and from me myself unlike ur jobless self and ur militants that are adding no value to the nation. What sane clime? In the Nigerian nation it belongs to all. U can choke ursef on that.

what is 13‰? We need full resource control. anything less than that is shit...
How well have u judiciously used the 13% let alone 100%? How well has Dickson, Amaechi, Udaughan etc are using these resources. Are there no more challenges in the ND that Akpabio enjoys dishing out expensive vehicles and gifts to celebrities right from the peoples purse? Can u swear with ur balls that the 13% is well spent? if not, why ask for more?

In as much as I concur that the amnesty benefits should be scrapped because it is only benefiting few. I don't buy the idea that the oil in the Niger delta is for all Nigerians... that is an anomaly concocted by the Nigerian state and enemies of the Niger Delta. In a sane federation the states control their resources and pay tax to the centre.

Sometimes I wish the Niger Delta Ex Militants didn't accept amnesty. they should've pressed and fought harder for 100% resource control or nothing else.

To an extent u have a point. But the fact that our governors and leaders aren't making use of it judiciously is not enough reason to deny the region what it ask for. Besides corruption is everywhere.

Take a look at UAE for example. U can't tell me there's no corruption there. But due to too much money(wealth) u won't hear of corruption cos development has been able to go round no matter how much their leaders steal.

I know i av an excellent point. The regionm asked for it and so what? who tells u that u will always have all what u ask for? Which region in this country ever receive all what they ask for? in ur personal life, do u always have all what u desire or want? Yes corruption is everywhere, limiting the amount that goes into these wasters hands is a good way to reduce this corruption.

Take a look at UAE for example. U can't tell me there's no corruption there. But due to too much money(wealth) u won't hear of corruption cos development has been able to go round no matter how much their leaders steal.

Its wrong for u to bring up UAE as an example. WHats the population of UAE and what is the population of Nigeria? Can u also compare the structure of UAE to that of Nigeria? What u demand can only be gotten from a SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE. Peeps like me demanded and rubbished the conference Jonah-daft imposed on us instead requesting for SNC. The SNC will opverhaul the entire structure of the nation but in the absence of that am sorry to tell u that 100% is simply not possible for now. Only if u lot had listened to us then and demanded from Jonah-daft being a SS person to do the right thing in restructuring the nation. He did nothing about it and u peeps didnt even care as long as he is on the post. The chicken has come home to roast. Deal with what u have now and demand accountability from ur leaders after all they are still receiving the largest for now.

The greed in them wouldn't have have allowed them not to. I av been in this region for over a decade and going close to the second decade and i know what i am talking about.
These criminals were never fighting for the emancipation of their people but for their pockets and that is it. Current events suggests that this is true. Jonah-daft kept bribing them while the lands and environment kept depreciating, what did they do to confront him when he had all the powers? Nothing. They were interested in their contracts and pockets.

Those militants are nothing but greedy arseholess who dont care abount anyone but themselves.

General Buhari who threatened the exiting govt that his Saharan DOGS & BABOONS will be soaked in blood if he loses 2015 elections should now go and tell his BOKO-BUHARI boys to release the chiboks girls they kidnapped in order to make the country "ungovernable" for Jonathan now that they have succeeded in their NORTH MUST RULE mission and Islamic-sharia agenda....now the joke is on him as others will follow his own "good" example and be threatening his govt that the Jungle LIONS & GORILLAS will be soaked in blood if he dares to touch the crude oil from the south...

All you betraying hausa / yoruba guys should also go tell him to start preparing for a poverty stricken "ungovernable" rule with monthly state allocations coming from the sale of groundnut oil from the north. palm oil from the west and copper/iron from the middle-belt with 13% percent derivative revenue sharing formula...

Because the Niger Delta crude oil he is planing all his budget on will soon be "kidnapped" and held hostage just like the chibok girls as promised by the next generation of Rebel army-militants that General Obasanjo his yoruba brother-in-arms was unable to fight against for so many years with this same weak Nigerian military or glorified boyscout he has at his disposal...TIT FOR TAT...Do me I do you, Man no go vex!

We 30 million Niger Deltans are simply tired and fed up with fifty five years of feeding you 130 million Nigerian-parasites who are busy polluting our farming lands & fishing waters with ingratitude and insults on top of it...so get used to the REAL CHANGE as the 2015 NIGER DELTA INDEPENDENCE REFERENDUM for self determination has finally come whether you like it or not it must come to pass this year...courtesy of your NORTH MUST RULE AGENDA!!!

Once we have formed our own new Niger Delta country like South Sudan this year because by the grace of God there is absolutely nothing on earth that Nigeria can do to stop us from doing so except you guys want a repeat of the 1967 Biafra saga in this 21st century of insurgency where even the US super power nation and its mighty military struggle to grapple with it in Iraq & Afghanistan talk less of a tiny Nigerian nation and its minnow military...

Then we will know if you Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba ONE NIGERIANS are only PATRIOTIC because of our Niger Delta oil revenues and free for all state allocations or because you really LOVE your country with or without our CRUDE OIL and cheap petrol for your vehicles...as you will be now be forced to continue living together for another 50 years more or less as one indivisible WAZOBIA nation...and we separated Niger Deltans will surely wish you inseparable Nigerians long life, peace, progress & prosperity...living together as true WAZOBIANS without the oil rich southern minorities!!!

Don't worry we won't drink our crude oil as you always wish we would rather we will sell it for crude dollars and develop our crude country...just like Dubai was crudely developed with crude oil in less than 15 years!

RE: NIGER DELTA REFERENDUM

All you Nigerians who hate Niger Deltans but love their crude oil which you will soon replace with your crude palm oil & crude groundnut oil...why are you hypocrites who clearly don't like so desperate to remain together with us in your so called ONE NIGERIA?

If you are so confident in yourselves as an independent nation why are you so afraid of losing our oil? If you were born to rule why were you Yorubas the slaves and servants of the Great Benin Empire of Niger Delta and you Hausa / Fulanis the slaves and servants of the Songhai Empire of Mali before the British your perpetual slave masters came to put you in charge as the slave house-boys of their Neo-Colonial State called Nigeria?

In advance we wish you Hausas, Fulanis & Yorubas another happy 100 years anniversary living peacefully together as one indivisible Nigerian nation where all the states in your country from Lagos to Kano have Sharia laws with Fulani Emirs & Sultan after deposing the Obas & Ooni under your exemplary founding fathers such as Babangida. Abacha, Buhari, Shekau and of course Obasanjo & Tinubu!

PLS NOTE BELOW:

The African Charter of Human and Peoples Right (ACHPR) to which Nigeria is bound by international law as a state party and signatory stipulates that:

Article 21
1. All peoples [Niger Delatans] shall freely dispose of their wealth and natural resources. This right shall be exercised in the exclusive interest of the people. In NO CASE shall a people be deprived of it.
5. States parties to the present Charter shall undertake to eliminate all forms of foreign economic exploitation particularly that practiced by international monopolies [SHELL BP] so as to enable their peoples [Niger Deltans] to fully benefit from the advantages derived from their national resources.

Article 22
1. All peoples shall have the right to their economic, social and cultural development with due regard to their freedom and identity and in the equal enjoyment of the common heritage of mankind.
2. States [Nigeria] shall have the duty, individually or collectively, to ensure the exercise of the right to development.

Article 24
All peoples [Niger Deltans] shall have the right to a general satisfactory environment favourable to their development (without the environmental pollution of gas flaring & oil spillage of oil companies)

The International Covenant On Civil And Political Rights (ICCPR) & International Covenant On Economic, Social And Cultural Rights (ICESCR) to which Nigeria is bound by international law as a state party and signatory stipulates that:

Article 1
1. All peoples [Niger Deltans] have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
2. All peoples [Niger Deltans] may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.

WE ONLY NEED A PEACEFUL, LEGAL & DEMOCRATIC REFRENDUM FOR INDEPENDENCE LIKE THAT OF SCOTLAND 2014 & SOUTH SUDAN 2011 BACKED WITH A TWO THIRDS MAJORITY VOTE OF ALL THE MEMBER STATES AT THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND NIGER DELTA BY INTERNATIONAL LAW WILL BECOME AN INDEPENDENT STATE OF ITS OWN!!!

You do the math!
Surely now, that is not too hard an equation for us Niger Deltans to solve as our homework for CHANGE 2015!!!!

CHEERS!!!
