Responsibilities:
Operating IT systems
Negotiating and agreeing contracts
Developing and confirming schedules
Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
Liaising and managing staff
Implementing health and safety standards
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member and distribute accurate messages
Coordinate messenger and courier service
Fax, scan and copy documents
Assist Admin Officer to Maintain office filing and storage systems
Retrieve information when requested
Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
Assist with event planning and implementation

Requirements:
Qualifications: BSC/HND in Sciences, Engineering, Economics
Experience: 2 Years Cognate Experience, Minimum
