from the outside tap.... he touched it to open it therefore putting some poison on the tap. after being cleaned up he touched it again to close it and therefore made contact with some poison again.

Mr. Thompson have been ignoring the damages made by the rats in the house he is living until they tore his certificate. Terrified by it, he decided to get rid of all of them. One sunday morning, he mixed a rat poison with some cheese and put it in every corner of his house. So as not to be caught by the trap he set himself, he decided to wash himself. He visited a nearby tap, he opened the tap, he washed himself thoroughly until he is 100% clean and germ free. He closed the tap and visit a nearby canteen to get some food. Later, it was heard that Mr. Thompson is dead. The doctor carry out an autopsy and it was discovered that he was poisoned by the rat poison he made himself.
The question is, how did he get affected again after he is 100% clean?

Mr Man used his rat poison infested hand to open the tap(the tap got it own portion of it) After washing he used that same hand to close the already infested tap so he got the poison back. Used those hands to eat,OYO turned out to be his case
