Great news: so I escalated the dispute and aliexpress.com stepped in.... Was asked to present some info like the pic of the shoe and the chat logs I had with the seller.... Long Story short AliExpress found out the seller was trying to cheat me.... Being that the wrong shoe she sent is even cheaper the one I asked for among other tins.... Ali décidéd full refund without even sending the shoe back to China .... Tnx to every one who gave their advise especially OGA Mayor God bless you all

update: please help.my supplier still reactivated my alredy cancelled order for the 3rd time with no explanation,yet he hasnt shipped. after several messages i sent threatening to give a terrible feedback,he now replied me suggesting that i should lie about the reason for cancellation,before he can approve it and refund me. he said i should say that "buyer do not want this order"...this guy is acting like he is doing me a favour and seems not concerned.

few country have their ebay version , you might have found yourself on sourth africa version...always visit www.ebay.com for currency in dollar

The seller has not shipped the item, they buy cheap stamps and send buyers d tracking code on the stamp... He's prolly out of stock, mail him.. If u can't wait, jst open dispute, he is gonna response asap..it takes 48hrs for ur tracking code to be active
